Why should I book directly with you?
This way you know exactly what you are getting, unlike a tour operator that allocates on arrival, you know the area and the exact home in which you will stay. We can also give you advice on tips regarding your stay in Florida. We know the area well and would be happy to help you.

Why is your home better than a Hotel?
Why stay in a cramped hotel room? You don't live in one room at home so why do it on vacation? You have much more space and privacy, especially if you are traveling with children, you have your room and they have theirs. You can also prepare some home cooked meals if you wish using our fully equipped kitchen.

What safety measures are in place?
Our home is fully licensed by the state authorities, and includes fire alarm, emergency lighting and monitored security alarm. You will have total peace of mind at Florida Haven as access to community is controlled by electronic gates and monitored by CCTV. The pool has a child safety fence that should be used by families with small children.

How do I book?
Just complete our enquiry form entering the dates you require and we will reply to you as soon as possible advising you of availability and price. If you are happy with our quote and wish to continue we can provide a you with a booking form or you can download the booking form with terms and conditions. We will hold your dates for 7 days to allow you time to arrange for the deposit and signed booking form to reach us. Alternatively you call Dr. A.O. How do I know when I have confirmed booking?
On receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental and a completed booking form your reservation is confirmed.

When is my full payment due?
Full payment is due 10 weeks before your arrival. We will send you a reminder closer to this time. If you are booking with us is less than 10 weeks to your arrival at Florida Haven then the full payment including security deposit is due immediately.

What is the Security Deposit?
The refundable security deposit of £200 is due at the time of your final payment and will be refunded after you vacate the home after our management company has done a check and provided there has been no damage.

Who looks after the property if we need any assistance?
The villa is maintained and looked after by our friendly and professional management company. You can find their contact details, visibly displayed within the villa, they are on call 24hrs a day, so in the unlikely event that you have a problem or need assistance, they are close at hand.

How do we find the vacation property?
Full directions including address and all access codes are sent to you along with an information pack approximately two weeks before you travel.

	Probably the most well known attraction in Orlando, Walt Disney World, consisting of the main theme parks The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios and Epcot along with the two water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are all within 15 minutes from The Shire at West Haven.
	Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are "hot on the heels" of Walt Disney World in terms of popularity, especially with the upcoming opening of "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" opening in the Spring of 2010. Both parks are connected to the popular nighttime venue of City Walk that has clubs, restaurants and a cinema. Universal Orlando Resort is around 20 minutes from our vacation home.
	Another family favourite theme park in Orlando is Sea World. This park has a mix of thrilling attractions, such as roller coasters, rides and shows along with wildlife exhibits where you can see up close, killer whales, dolphins, manatees and many others. Sea World also has Discovery Cove nearby where you can swim with dolphins and the latest addition to Orlando's water parks Aquatica.
	If you fancy some outdoor activity why not take a look at Boggy Creek Airboat Rides? You can soon be whizzing across the wetlands around Orlando seeing some of Florida's wildlife up close. View exotic birds, turtles and of course, the Florida alligator all in their natural habitat. There are 3 types of airboat tours a 30 minute tour a 45 minute private tour and a 1 hour night time tour. A really unique experience.
	Situated just a few minutes away is the world famous Champions Gate Resort. This premier golf resort has 2 world class courses designed by champion golfer Greg Norman. There is a huge clubhouse and you can also find the headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academies here. Champions Gate is not just all about golf, you can find a Publix supermarket here so the ideal place to get your food shopping when you arrive. There are also several other shops and restaurants including Chilis bar and grill, McDonalds, an italian restaurant, a French creperie and a Chinese take out. You can also find a bank, gas station, pharmacy and liquor store and more here.
