Booking Details
 

A deposit of 20% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking along with a completed booking form. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

Pool heat is recommended between October and March

A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 is required to be paid with the final balance.

We offer a $50.00 Non refundable insurance cover for a $1500.00 for the period of your stay.

Minimum 3 night stay. Bookings for 7 nights or less incur a £60 cleaning fee.

Prices will be quoted pro rata where your stay overlaps two separate rate bands.
